Call for Abstracts Welcome! Please submit ideas and abstracts related to the meeting theme: Building Resiliency in Conservation. Sessions should focus on:
- Durable partnerships,
- Non-traditional conservation initiatives,
- Vegetation management for a changing climate,
- Nature-based solutions,
- Scientific research,
- Setting realistic standards for successful conservation,
- Conservation rooted in community
We welcome submissions at all stages. However, providing a full abstract helps our planning committee better understand how your session fits into the program. If you’re still brainstorming, feel free to submit an initial idea; we’d love to help you develop it.
Earlier submissions are encouraged and will be given priority consideration as we begin shaping the 2027 program. Sharing your concepts sooner allows our committee more time to collaborate with you on session development. Full abstract proposals are due by no later than August 1st to be given first consideration on the agenda. Submissions received after August 1st will be considered on a rolling basis and may not receive priority in the selection process.
*Please note that we won’t select more than 2 presentations per organization and ask that participants coordinate internally prior to submitting a proposal.
Reference the PDF to see the questions for each option: Initial Concept or Full Abstract.
Once ready, please fill out the form below to submit your application.
