I would like to start a discussion on funding opportunities, specifically in regards to funding availability for restoring and enhancing DOTs ROW. Are there USFWS Section 6 funding opportunities for monarchs? Are there any other funding opportunities, in terms of grants or other conservation funding opportunities.
