7th Native Prairie Restoration/Reclamation Workshop & 5th Transboundary Grasslands Partnership Workshop

The primary objective of this workshop is to hear from all stakeholders involved in native prairie land use:
- First Nations Groups
- Government (federal, provincial, municipal)
- Ranchers and land owners
- Education and Researchers
- Environmental not for profit organizations
- Industry and Utilities
- Watershed Groups
The aim of this workshop is to bring all of these stakeholders together to exchange knowledge, share lessons learned and address issues in native prairie restoration/reclamation and trans-boundary conservation efforts.
The theme is The Big Picture: Planning and Partnerships. The workshop will include plenary sessions, interactive panel discussions, break-out sessions, hands-on case studies, trade show and poster session. Highlights include the evening banquet and silent auction. *New* this year, they will be doing a “Speed Dating Case Study.”
