If you're involved in roadside vegetation management, I highly recommend the Integrated Roadside Vegetation Management (IRVM) Technical Manual from the Tallgrass Prairie Center. It contains tips and guidance that can help not just roadside managers, but also utility, pipeline, renewable, and other infrastructure managers.

Some of the sections I was excited to check out included:
- Evaluate Level of Interest in Starting a Program
- Training and Continuing Education
- Understanding and Responding to Landowner Concerns
- Converting Non-Native Roadsides to Native
- How Roadside Managers Can Adapt Their Management Strategies
Check it out and see if your vegetation management program can benefit from this resource. Based on your experience, what other resources are needed to help adapt or level up vegetation management programs?
